FAQ and Shop Policies
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. I strive to ship as soon as possible so often times I am able to ship much sooner.
I reserve the right to cancel any orders I deem suspicious or fraudulent and will immediately issue a full refund.
Due to the nature of wool, I will not be accepting returns of any woven items or handspun yarn. All yarn and weaving sales are final. Any problems or concerns must be e-mailed to Eugenia@thespectralfox.com within 48 hours of delivery and will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Items are shipped via the United States Postal service, unless otherwise requested. Upon any purchase, buyer agrees that once shipped, the item is out of the seller's control/hands. For USPS Priority mail that arrives damaged, or missing contents please e-mail Eugenia@thespectralfox.com so that an insurance claim can be filed or if mail has not arrived within 30 days of shipping date. First class mail by default is not covered by insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your USPS First Class mail order, please leave a note in your order upon checkout.
The nature of Handmade
All of the items sold in my store have been made with my hands. It is the nature of handmade that it will not be perfect, because it has not been machine manufactured. While I strive to provide the best handmade quality within means to my items, imperfections are impossible to avoid and add to the unique character of each item.
